Reservation Policies

Deposits

A one-night non-refundable deposit for Summer/Fall reservations is due upon booking. A 50% non-refundable deposit for Winter/Spring reservations is due upon booking.

Balance Due

Final Payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Confirmation will be sent upon receipt of deposit. Reservations will be automatically cancelled if payment is not received as specified.

Cancellations Policy

Cancellations 30 days or less from arrival date will result in full forfeiture of funds. Guests are financially responsible for ALL dates of their reservations.

Damage / Telephone / Key Deposit

A credit card will be kept on file at check-in.

Extra Person Charge

The extra person charge is $25 per person, per night.

Taxes

All nightly rentals are subject to state and local tax.

Check-out time: 10:00am

If you will be arriving after hours, please contact the front desk prior to arrival for instructions.

Rollaways / Cribs

Additional charge. (Please request at time of booking)

Maid Service

Mid-week towel change, trash removal and light vacuum on stays of 5 days or more. Daily maid service is available for an additional charge and must be requested at the Front Desk.

Pets

No pets are allowed at The Wren.

The Front Desk at the The Wren Lodge is open:

Summer and Winter:
8 am – 6 pm Sunday through Friday
8 am – 9 pm Saturday

Spring and Fall:
8 am – 6 pm Sunday through Friday
